Lisa is a James Beard Nominated food journalist, and Le Cordon Bleu trained chef.

A baker since she was 8 years old - the protΓ©gΓ© of her favorite home baker, Aunt Carole - for Lisa food was a way to create community and make others smile. Not a means to paying rent.

After spending her career combining her two passions - film and food, and getting to interview some of the best chefs in the world, Lisa found herself laid off by corporate media three times in only 2 years. Taking the cue from the universe - she hung up her producer’s hat to pursue pastry full-time

Carmen LoBue (they/them/Bue) is a Queer, Non-Binary African-American Filipino filmmaker, with a passion for social justice, community building, and cannabis. Carmen takes joy in sharing food with others - be it at an intimate dinner party or a busy restaurant.
